Important Notification:   VOSA has now changed the MOT Certificate Format.
From October 16th 2011 all MOT certificates are to be printed on plain paper.

To order a Duplicate MOT Test Certificate please enter all your details into the form box's below. You will need either the MOT test number you saved off your new style MOT Certificate
or your V5C (Log Book) Document Reference Number together with your Registration No.

First:
Please Check Here before ordering, that your vehicle/V5C details agree with the
MOT Computerisation data. If it does not, we cannot issue a duplicate certificate.
A duplicate can not be issued more than 18 months after the date of the MOT test.

Expired Certificates:
It is possible to obtain duplicate certificates after recent expiry. If the duplicate you order has expired, and can be issued, we will send that out.
